Hostekint
Cathérine Hostekint is an artist and goldsmith with a background in art history. Her work explores ancient cultures, literature and archaeology, merging historical references with contemporary design and traditional craftsmanship. Using the ancient technique of lost-wax casting, she creates textured, sculptural jewellery, sometimes adorned with precious or unusual gemstones. Dreamy, poetic and often personal, each jewel is made entirely by Cathérine. She works with recycled and responsibly sourced silver and gold, and responsibly sourced gemstones. Her aim is to create timeless jewellery that feels like a miniature work of art, made to be treasured for generations.
